30-Day Returns

We accept returns requested within 30 days of your purchase date.

For pre-order or back-order items, the 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered, not the date it was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

Refund Options

Refund to Your Original Payment Method

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (or you may provide your own return shipping).

Store Credit

If you choose store credit, you'll receive a 100% refund of your purchase price. We cover the return, so no return shipping costs are deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us may experience delays in processing.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
